This policy covers two separate offerings: the passrpl.com study product, and our MCS accreditation consulting service. The section that applies depends on what you purchased. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
Study product (passrpl.com)
The study product is a one-time £29.99 digital purchase granting immediate access. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have a 14-day cancellation right for digital content; by clicking Pay you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose that cancellation right once access is granted.
We still offer a goodwill refund if you have answered fewer than 10% of the unlocked questions within 14 days of purchase. Email ghana@passrpl.com from your account address, with your Stripe receipt, to request one.
If the service is discontinued, we give 30 days' notice and, on request, a pro-rata refund within the first 12 months of your purchase.
Consulting service
The consulting fee is for advisory, done-with-you guidance. Our fee - shown at checkout for the Premium Consultation, or quoted by email for a Tailored Consultation - is our consulting fee only. Third-party costs (such as quality management software, consumer code, insurance, company setup, and MCS registration) are paid by you directly to those providers and are not ours to refund.
Business clients. Where you buy in the course of a business (including as a limited company), consumer cancellation rights do not apply, and the fee is non-refundable once work has commenced or any deliverable has been provided.
Consumers. If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you have 14 days to cancel. However, by asking us to begin the service during that period and accepting our terms, you request that we begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the service is fully performed. If you cancel while it is part-performed, you pay for the guidance and deliverables already provided, calculated pro-rata. No refund is due for a service already fully performed.
A certification decision made by a third-party body is not grounds for a refund, as the outcome is outside our control and our fee is for the guidance provided, not a certification result.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights where a service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill, or is not as described. To make any request, contact ghana@passrpl.com.
