Getting MCS certified is five stages and a lot of forms, and almost none of it is written down anywhere useful. These are the guides we use with our consulting clients, sold one at a time so you can buy the stage you are actually stuck on.

Do I have to buy all of them?+
No. Each guide is sold on its own, so you can buy only the stage you are stuck on. If you are doing the whole certification, the Premium package works out cheaper and includes the calls.
How is this different from the Premium package?+
These are the same documents. The £299 package includes every one of them plus the consultation calls, where we go through your certification together. Buying guides individually gets you the documents and no calls.
How quickly do I get it?+
Each guide is made for your business rather than sent as a template, so it is not instant. You give us your name and company after paying, and your guide appears on your account - usually within one working day.
Who are these written for?+
A single-person limited company with no employees or subcontractors, doing residential heat pump installations. That is the most common setup for a new MCS registration. If yours is set up differently, some answers will not apply exactly as written.
Do any of them include help from you?+
One does. The consumer code guide includes email support on that stage, so you can write with questions while you register. The others are the document on its own. The Premium package includes support across the whole certification.
Do I need an account?+
Yes. Your guides are delivered to your account, and that is also how you get back to them later - they do not expire.
